    _ You MAY NOT sell or use any part of this product in such a way that it can be extracted and used by another party. This includes placing them in tubes, brushes, psd files, png files, or layers of any other derivative product you may create. If you purchased a set of brushes for Photoshop, you can use the brushes to create product for sale, however, you may not sell the brushes themselves.
    - You MAY NOT use as samples, prizes, or freebies on another website or product.
    - You MAY NOT sell similiar products made from these designs to any company or individual that would use them for any scrapbook related material. My elements should not be more than 40% of any overall project.
    - You MAY NOT sell the individual elements of this product to a company or individual for the purpose of that company or individual using them further to create new products or to distribute in any fashion. I am willing to negotiate fair compensation for such usage.
    - You MAY NOT use this product to mass produce any product for sale. The sale of products printed or placed on any physical product is not limited in number. However, you may not just print the images as they are, or sell them on t-shirts, cups, or any other physical product without consulting me first. You will find me easy to get along with - as long as you ask. You must incorporate them into a design that is predominantly your own.
    - You MAY NOT use the designs for works that are obscene, pornographic, or any purposes prohibited by law.
    - You MAY NOT offer these original graphics on any web site as downloads or send them through a news list or Yahoo Groups. They are not for your free distribution. This is considered pirating, and is ILLEGAL!
    - You MAY NOT disperse the files contained in this product as individual pieces for your customers to use.
